The Azurite FDPSO is the world's first floating, drilling, production, storage and offloading (FDPSO) vessel.〔 〕〔 The Azurite FDPSO was built at the shipyard of Hyundai Heavy Industries in 1988 as a very large crude carrier (VLCC).
